Dolly Mamma speaking here—aka Little Diva—aka Sally Walker—aka owner Cafe del Sol. Whew! Hard to keep up with myself!
One of the hats I wear is as a musician—I pull a gig here and there, and sit in with the musicians that play the Cafe on Friday nights. I am working on a new CD—all songs about coffee.
In researching for this project, I discovered that coffee is a very inspiring beverage! Every genre you could imagine! I ran across such titles as “Saint Caffiene”, “Some Things are Much Better Rich-Coffee, Chocolate, and Men”, “Coffee Grinder Blues”.
And coffee has been an inspiring beverage throuhout history in literature as well. Here are a few of my picks:
